Exchange & Refund Policy

Remember the following points before you seek to exchange or refund:

• All products for return must be post-marked not later than 3 days once you have received the item.
• The condition of the products must be 100% brand new, meaning that it should be not be used, altered or devoid of its original packaging— including the plastic wrapping around the band. Used replica watches that are returned will not be processed.
• The customer must shoulder the shipping cost for the returned items.

• If the returned item is tampered in any way, it will not be exchanged nor refunded.

Return Warranty Policy
